If you have an interest in gardening, wielding a hammer, raking fresh thick garden loam or simply enjoy the notion of members of a community coming together for a worthwhile event, you are warmly welcomed. We see this garden as part of the urban agricultural movement spreading across the country, a movement that espouses sustainability, biodiversity, organically grown fresh produce and herbs in a place of beauty and peacefulness. Everyone is welcome to join our efforts to build an edible garden, whether you have a green thumb or not. In addition to people who love gardening, there are very exciting opportunities for people that would like to help with the organization, people who want to help spread the word, find and contact sponsors or assist with any other tasks you think would benefit this project.
